New job opening! – Internship Services Trainee
UNISER, a social enterprise based in Italy and with operational headquarters in Spain and Poland, is offering a traineeship position to join the Incoming Team, starting from January 2025.
ABOUT UNISER
Uniser is a social enterprise supporting the internationalisation of education institutions. Our aim is to turn Erasmus into the future of training systems and to make learning mobility a part of educational programmes by facilitating its processes. Today, more than 300 schools in Europe cooperate with Uniser for the design and management of their learning mobility projects, involving about 3.000 learners and teachers every year in work-based learning experiences, internships, study visits, job shadowing and training courses.
As we continue to enlarge the number of our projects and the learners involved, we are looking for a new person to join our Incoming Mobility Team as an Internship Services Trainee.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Internship Services Trainee is responsible for identifying suitable companies willing to offer internship opportunities that align with the participants’ learning needs. The primary goal of this role is to ensure an ideal match between the company and the candidate.
The tasks include the following:
- Reviewing participants’ CVs, studying learning agreements, applications, and introductory videos;
- Conducting interviews with participants;
- Researching and contacting companies by phone and email to propose internship opportunities;
- Accompanying interns to the company and managing the related internship documentation;
- Monitoring and supporting companies hosting interns;
- Participating in networking activities;
- Managing the Erasmus+ internships newsletter;
- Supporting the team in cross-functional activities during the mobility period (On-Arrival Training, City Tour, Group Welcoming, Mentoring).
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for an organised and reliable person. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is cheerful and patient. Additionally, we expect him/her to have:
- Fluency in both Italian and English (fluency in another language is highly appreciated)
- A creative, innovative, and proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Problem-solving skills
Previous experience in similar roles would be a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Paid traineeship (EUR 800,00/month).
Weekly workload: 32 hours/week
Workplace: Bologna
