New job opening! – Hub Manager
Uniser, a social enterprise based in Bologna (Italy) with operational headquarters in Spain and Poland, is looking for new colleagues to join our team.
We are currently recruiting a Hub Manager to join our INCOMING mobility team, starting from September 2026.
The role contributes to the successful delivery of international mobility projects and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international, and mission-driven environment.
ABOUT UNISER
Uniser is a social enterprise supporting the internationalization of education institutions. Our mission is to make learning mobility an integral part of education systems, turning Erasmus into the future of training.
More than 300 schools across Europe cooperate with Uniser for the design and management of mobility projects, involving around 2,000 learners and teachers every year in work-based learning experiences, internships, study visits, job shadowing, and training courses.
ABOUT THE ROLES
As Hub Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships and communication with sending organizations and partner schools
- Coordinating Hub Emilia staff
- Planning, assigning, and monitoring mobility-related activities
- Organizing and managing supplementary services for the Hub
- Training & mentoring activities with Erasmus+ intern groups.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-oriented professional who enjoys managing projects and staff.
Our ideal candidate:
- Speaks Italian and English fluently. Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued
- Has strong organisational and planning skills
- Is able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and staff
- Communicates effectively with different stakeholders
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Is confident working with budgets, administrative procedures, and project monitoring tools
- Enjoys working in multicultural and international contexts
- Is highly proficient in digital workplace tools and management softwares.
Previous experiences in educational mobility programmes will be considered an asset.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fixed-term employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commercio.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Annual gross salary (RAL): between €25.000 and €27.000, depending on the experience of the candidate
- An hybrid working model, combining working on-site and remote working based on operational needs
