New job opening! – Hosting Coordinator Trainee

UNISER, a social enterprise based in Italy and with operational headquarters in Spain and Poland,  is offering a traineeship position to join the incoming team, starting from April 2024.

ABOUT UNISER 

Uniser is a social enterprise which supports the internationalization of education institutions. Our aim is to turn Erasmus into the future of training systems and to make learning mobility a part of educational programs by facilitating its processes. Today more than 300 schools in Europe cooperate with Uniser for the design and management of their learning mobility projects, involving about 2.000 learners and teachers every year in work-based learning experiences, internships, study visits, job shadowing and training courses.

As we continue to enlarge the number of our projects and the learners involved, we are looking for a new person to join our incoming team as an hosting coordinator. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will be fully integrated in the team by performing the following tasks: 

– planning and organizing  the mobility before the arrival of the group

– welcoming students in Italy: accommodation’s check in, city tour, welcome dinner/lunch

– on arrival training activities 

– inductions of students to local companies

– participants mentoring and final evaluations

– solving the operative problems related to mobility and ensuring  smooth communication with sending partners, participants and local companies. 

ABOUT YOU 

We are looking for an organized and reliable person. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is cheerful and patient and is geographically located in Romagna (preferably in the city of Forlì or Faenza).
Also, we expect that you have:

  • Fluency in English (fluency in another language is highly appreciated)
  • A creative, innovative and proactive approach
  • Good organizational skills 
  • Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines
  • Ability to work  independently  
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in similar tasks would be a plus 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

Paid internship (EUR 800,00/month).

Weekly workload: 32 hours/week

Workplace: Forlì / Faenza
