New job opening! – Office Manager Trainee

Uniser, a social enterprise based in Bologna (Italy) with operational headquarters in Spain and Poland, is offering a part-time traineeship position as Office Manager, starting in November 2025. This traineeship is designed with concrete prospects of employment at the end of the experience, for the right candidate who demonstrates motivation, reliability, and alignment with Uniser’s values.

ABOUT UNISER 

Uniser is a social enterprise supporting the internationalisation of education institutions. Our mission is to make learning mobility an integral part of education systems, turning Erasmus into the future of training.
More than 300 schools across Europe cooperate with Uniser for the design and management of mobility projects, involving around 2.000 learners and teachers every year in work-based learning experiences, internships, study visits, job shadowing, and training courses.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Office Manager trainee, you will be an active member of the administrative team, contributing to the smooth and welcoming functioning of Uniser’s Bologna office. Your role will be essential to ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and that our working environment reflects our values of collaboration and care.
Your main tasks will include:

  • Collaborating on other administrative and back-office activities that help Uniser’s work flow smoothly;
  • Managing Uniser’s general emails and phone communications, ensuring timely and kind responses;
  • Coordinating the daily operations of the office, keeping the space organized and functional;
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies when needed;
  • Welcoming visitors such as clients, suppliers, and partners, representing Uniser with professionalism and warmth;
  • Supporting the teams with the logistics of events, travels, and meetings, contributing to a positive experience for both colleagues and guests.

ABOUT YOU

– Speaks Italian and English fluently;
– Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;

– Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs;
– Feels comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Knowledge of another language and previous experience in similar roles will be considered a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS 

Paid traineeship (EUR 500,00/month)
Weekly workload: 20 hours/week
Workplace: Bologna
