The new project Eu Move has officially kicked off!
On 21 and 22 January, we hosted the kick-off meeting of EuMove – Enhancing Mobility Schemes to Empower and Prevent NEETs, a project funded under the European Social Fund (ESF+) and the Social Innovation (SI+) Initiative.

EuMove brings together seven partner organisations from Italy, Spain, and Portugal with the shared goal of supporting young people not in education, employment, or training (NEETs). The project aims to create tailored learning mobility experiences to help them gain the skills and motivation needed for a better future.

We are incredibly proud to lead this project, not only because of its social impact but also because it builds on years of experience developing mobility schemes for young people.
Over the next two years, we will focus on:
- Developing a methodology to provide personalised learning mobility experiences for NEETs;
- Using microcredentials to certify the skills gained during internships abroad;
- Training professionals to effectively support young people through mobility opportunities.

The partnership is highly diverse, including VET organisations, training providers, mobility experts, and youth support organisations:
– us (coordinating the project), Open Formazione and Learning Digital, from Italy;
– Mundus and CFP Valle de Tena from Spain;
– IAC – Instituto de Apoio à Criança and Erasmus Mondego from Portugal.

Together, we will test and scale up innovative approaches, drawing from successful initiatives such as Mobilitas, the Moving Generation platform, TLN Mobilicat, and the SAAM Intercultural Handbook.With the support of our partners, we are committed to making learning mobility a transformative opportunity for NEETs. Follow our journey as we create meaningful change and empower young people across Europe!
